This site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies for either.
Who is responsible
MomentumTech is the data controller for information submitted through this website.

What we collect
Only the fields in the contact form, and only when you choose to submit it. Those fields are: your name, your email address, your company, your project type (one of 6 listed options), your budget range (one of 5 listed options), and your message.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this site, and we set no cookies. There is no tracking to opt out of because there is none to begin with.
The form includes one hidden field that is never shown to you. It exists to catch automated submissions, and a human filling in the form correctly never populates it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and scope the work. That is the only purpose. We do not use it to build a marketing list, we do not send unsolicited follow-ups, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Where it goes
A submission is validated on our server and forwarded to the mailbox or CRM we use to handle enquiries. That processor stores the message so we can read and reply to it; it acts on our instructions and for no other purpose.
The site itself is served as static files from a hosting provider, which — like any web host — processes request metadata such as IP address and user agent in its server logs for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build profiles.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the correspondence is retained for the duration of the relationship and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it at all. Email hello@momentumtech.dev and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
